Grecco Inc. provides software tools that help contractors and service professionals identify and calculate rebate and incentive combinations for their customers' home system upgrade projects. Our platform analyzes customer and project-specific information, such as household income, utility provider, appliance type, and system attributes, to help identify potential rebate stacks and savings opportunities. These rebate estimates are generated using publicly available or industry-sourced information. The platform may also enable users to generate project estimates, manage customer information, and plan or track home system upgrades. The platform may include integrations with third-party services and the ability to store project-related data, including photos and documentation.

Third-party integrations and external data sources are beyond our control and may be unavailable, inaccurate, or interrupted without notice. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services or data.

As part of the Service, Grecco Inc. may provide rebate estimates based on Customer Data and publicly available or industry-sourced information. These estimates are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be relied upon for business or financial decisions. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date rebate information based on the details you provide; however, we do not and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any rebate estimate shown on the platform. Eligibility depends on various external factors, including third-party program criteria, funding availability, and customer qualifications. We are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in rebate values or availability and expressly disclaim all liability for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from reliance on rebate estimates, regardless of whether such estimates prove to be inaccurate, outdated, or inapplicable to your specific situation.

Rebate and incentive programs are subject to change, suspension, or termination by program administrators without notice. Program rules, eligibility requirements, and funding availability may change at any time. We are not responsible for program modifications that affect rebate calculations or availability.

Our rebate estimates are not tax, financial, or legal advice. Rebate and incentive amounts may have tax implications that vary by individual circumstances. Consult qualified professionals regarding tax consequences of rebates and incentives.

It is your responsibility to confirm rebate availability and requirements with the appropriate utility, agency, or program administrator.

Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). Fees and specific billing terms will be disclosed at sign-up and in your account dashboard. You authorize recurring billing for your selected subscription plan unless you cancel your subscription.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of any fee changes. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. All fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

For subscriptions that renew automatically, California residents have the right to cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, contact us at support@greccofortrades.com and we will process your cancellation promptly.

These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco County, California, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each party will bear their own costs and attorney fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
